Bush made the hard decision to allow Halliburton to charge the taxpayers $2 a gallon of gas in a country where gas costs a nickel. Bush made the hard decision to capture Saddam and then say we are safer and then elevate the code alert to orange. Bush made the hard decision to bring troops home in summer 2004, helping his reelection chances but neutering America in front of the world. Yup, Bush makes the hard decisions all right.
