Hi OLDTRADER,

I know you are familiar with the old story of how companies grow to a point where they start to lose track of the customer and customer satisfaction. I feel that Dell has reached this point in their growth.

For example, sending tech support and many of the customer service functions off shore has not been well received by either the home customer nor the enterprise customer. So, the enterprise customer raised hell with Dell, and Dell recently stated that they will move tech support back to the U.S. for the enterprise customers. Not the home customer.

As I said, there are other places to buy computers...so, why put up with this mess that Dell has created?

Have a healthy and Happy New Year.

Larry
