"RIGHT WEB: a modest first step toward exposing the beast!"?

Better, but it doesn't have a lot of "punch" appeal.

How about something along the lines of

....An Introduction to the Right Wing Beast

or An Introduction to the Neo-Conservative Beast

I would vote for using Neo-conservative over the terms right wing, extreme right, or conservative.

Neo-conservative allows you to verbally parallel with Neo-Nazi. I get the impression that the general public hasn't a clue as to the differences between right wing, conservatives and Republicans. Those associations are already well established. Neo-conservative conveys that there is something significantly different between Neo-conservatives and conservatives. Conservatives classicly would exhibit fiscal restraint. Neo-conservatives are completely unaware of that concept when they come around to fiscal policies. Free Trade....same situation. Neo-conservatives are not conservatives.
