Yes... as does every nation. It is, I believe, reaffirmed in the UN charter under the right of self-defense.

Even the UN has acknowledged that Israel's wars in 1967 and 1973 were acts of aggression COMMITTED AGAINST IT by Arab neighbors.

Should Arab nations attempt to threaten Israel's existence, either conventionally, or via WMDs, they know they risk nuclear annihilation..

It's a middle eastern version of M.A.D. without the Arabs yet having equal reciprocity..

And yet.. even despite Israel's apparent position as sole holder of nuclear weapons in the region, we've not seen Israel invade any Arab state that was not first attacking it (or permitting such attacks).
