Muammar Gaddafi is setting up his delivery. He is going to use his openness to bring to light Isra'El's much larger arsenal that almost never is mentioned in the press.

Besides this, Gaddafi has little weaponry. What he has is, maybe, some long-range missles, some labs, and old mustard gas.

Libya is not threat to anyone besides the Press Corps at the Whitehouse spinning thier latest story.
