addressing the 1st part of the comment ...."We greatly welcome any assistance from the United States. We welcome assistance from all countries except Israel," .. Heard on TV today that for the 1st time in over 20 years US and Iran had direct talks thru the Iranian ambassador to UN from the State Dept. It appears what was said was US : "give us approval, we will have people on the ground in Iran within 24 hours, to help you". Iran accepted.
