Yes, I think that qualifies as "excessive left-wing rhetoric."

Problem is, I traced back and haven't been able to find where he actually said it.

I found the speech in question. While his POV is utterly alien to me, I found it articulate and easy to follow. He sure has a different sense of "democracy" than I do.

SI is fussing at me for trying to post it so it's here if anyone wants to read it. It's a pretty good articulation of the "multinational" issue we were discussing yesterday.
