Free trade was sold to developed world with deceptive promise that it would raise standard of living for 3rd world while retaining quality of life for developed coutries workers. That was a sham. In reality, free trade is undermining wage scale for developed countries, while making multi-national corps even wealthier. Globalization is actually monopolization by those few multi-nationals. If Howard Dean would focus on that economic reality and move away from Iraq issues, he would have much better chance of unseating GWB. Majority of voters agree with GWB on Iraq but are angry about unemployment & effects of illegal immigration.
