Reagan-Bush gave us a sugar high tax-cut boom then 6 years of malaise, debt and lousy economy. It's trickle-down voodo economics and it's proven not to work. Or at least it gives the economy a long vicious hangover.

GW is starting the same cycle. Stimulate the economy (without helping working people on jobs and benefits) to get re-elected then let the debt load fall. Anything is worth four more years so they can plunder the enviromnment and privatize the public money.
