It's a great product but I'd feel better if they went the extra step and tested all the animals at the slaughterhouse for BSE.

And I'd feel better if you were less paranoid. <g>

Just kidding, but I trust the folks at Oregon Country Beef and their packer in Toppenish to be on top of this issue.
