GDP growth denotes DEBT spending as a positive. Why the GOP always uses that yardstick. Reagan had huge debt spending and Bush's is much-much bigger. Actually Bush's 1.5 trillion in additional debt spending is a big negative though some short-term stimulus is a good thing so long as it's targeted at consumers and jobs creation. Bush's is targeted only at the top. So once again trickle down only works for the few.

Any middleclass or blue collar worker who votes for Bush is nuts or a dupe. That is because the Bushies have slyly shifted the tax burden to the middleclass and are letting the fat cats plunder our public money needed for SS and Medicare.
