The problem with that is there are now another million+ people that feel that way not only about about Bush but about the US itself.

We will likely see more violence in the US and elsewhere.

I would turn over Bush right now to an international war crimes tribunal if it was up to me. The violence is likely to escalate and we will have Bush to blame.
