LOL... no, "dollar avoidance scheme" FWIW... remember there are lot's of ways of becoming a 'dual citizen' these days... if one resides and is citizen of another country there would be little the IRS could do, besides steal you're IRA and SS fund of course. That's why I wanted to try and hold my IRA in Canada, just in case. DAK
