I'm afraid I really can't be any help at all on this one. If the problem is in some javascript on this end, I'm already over my head. And as a programmer, I'm a poor support person. I can't intelligently address a problem unless I can personally observe it happening. And I wouldn't let anything AOL-related within a mile of any of my machines.

The only suggestions I can make would be to check out the Computer Learning thread here, or back of to IE 5.5 and see if the problem persists with 6.0 once I get the new interface done, which will use very little, if any, javascript. In the past, a lot of problems have been caused by browsers either not fully supporting or being suitably forgiving of programming errors in javascript. And such errors do exist here, as I frequently get the little javascript error icon in the lower left corner of my screen.
