It was the correct thing to do. The fact that she got fiancning from anyone was to be congratulated. I have given credit where credit was due, but REK and her husband were my pet peave since day one. They have single handedly killed this company IMHO and it was the reason I finally sold DMX.
If you remember correctly I was the person that was the last shareholder to ask a question during a conference call. The one where I asked her to remove here husband from the BoD. I have been adamant for 4 years that REK and her hubby be fired, but that did not prevnet me from liking the product. Remember my "Betamax comparison" that everyone loved to criticize?? Well you have Betamax, by the time you guys finally get rid of this incompetent group the impact of Pennsaid will dwindle to an also ran.

As soon as REK bought WF10 with "no money" it should have been a warning bell to you. Canadian companies always buy out another product when theirs is failing..ie shades of Worldheart.

I figured you would try to dig up a positive post of mine to try to discredit my claim. Bottom line, REK and Hubby has cost shareholders a fortune.....not mine though, I got out long ago because of their inability to even meet minimum standards for managing a public company.
