BellBoy, perhaps there are more fruitfull opportunities for shorting amonst those companies that you feel are engaging in "borderline criminal activities" in their accounting. Can you suggest which companies - or at least which kind of companies - these would be? You are still wanting to stand in front of a train, when more prudent choices are apparently right in front of your nose.
