"What the have-nots are receiving via the public resources is housing, food, education, clothing, fuel, entertainment, etc that is a result of productive effort that is a profit beyond the naturally occurring resources of the earth."

I am out to a DR.'s appt. I may respond to the rest of your post to AJ later. But this caught my eye.

Are they receiving these resources "gratis" because of a capitalistic or humanistic "obligation"? Or is the obligation (or the charity if you prefer) a haphazard product of mixed economies and diverse "moral" considerations?

Certainly, we are aware that WHAT the "have-nots" do or don't receive ranges from a tiny little to a great lot. So do we credit this unearned difference in treatment and assistance to capitalism...or to something else?
