Who wrought all that death and destruction anyway?

In GE. 34:13-29, Jacob's sons caused the destruction to exact vengeance against Shechem for the rape of their sister. They did this apparently against Jacob's wishes, as indicated in the very next verse, verse 30, which you so conveniently left out. I'm not really sure why you included this section at all.

In GE 6:11-17 we see it is not really in the power of the fish to complain when my kids determine some of them unfit for the fishtank. It is not up to the algae to whine. If any of these organisms are found unfit, they are summarily destroyed. God Almighty destroyed the inhabitants of the earth because He is God Almighty and can do anything He darned well pleases. The world at that time was corrupt in His sight; and so, just as my kids sometime decide to clean their fishtank, God decided to clean the earth. In the days of Noah heathens were making the same arrogant heathen claims about God that they now make. These heathens confidently went to their destruction just as modern heathens will go to theirs. The God of Noah has long promised to wipe out the earth a final time, this time by fire, and establish a new earth once for all. When this final purging occurs, only those found in the Ark will survive. Heathens have been warned, just as you were warned during Noah's time. Of course though you may freely enter the Ark, just as you could have done in Noah's day, you will only continue to offer your ridicule until it is too late. This proves you deserve your destruction.

In GE 19:26 Lot's wife caused her own destruction, just as if she had jumped from a thirty story window into the paved street below. The law was clearly stipulated in this case, just as clearly as the law of gravity was stipulated. She chose to flaunt the law and paid for it. There is a lesson here - especially for heathens. God has built an Ark and for 2000 years, a mere flash of time, He has waited for any who would enter to enter.

In Exodus 2:12 we see Moses is responsible for the destruction. I'm not really sure why you included this verse at all. Moses was just a guy.

In Exodus 9:22-25 we see God Almighty caused the death and destruction, pouring out His wrath on heathens who refused to free His Chosen People from slavery. Heathens today will receive an even worst ending. If anyone has eyes, use them to see-- before it is too late.

Exodus 12:29 is but an extension of the events mentioned above. God does not change at all. The same God who destroyed heathen children and even animals during the Exodus still exists today. Heathen children and even animals are going to be destroyed once again. The Ark now sits open before you so that you may escape this coming destruction. You have been warned. Now continue your ridicule, further condemning yourself.

In Exodus 17:13 God Himself destroyed Amalek because Amalek murdered God's Chosen People, even the weakest of them, as they were leaving Egypt during the Great Exodus. There is a lesson here for heathens today.

In Exodus 32:27-29 God Himself destroyed Hebrews who had turned to false gods, licentiousness and revelry. They enjoyed their time of hedonism, ignoring God and flaunting His Law. Then the time came for them to pay for their sins. Unlike you, they had no Ark into which they could run. So they perished. Everyone will have to pay at some point - every single person. Everything you have said and done is recorded even in your own little mind, and it will be brought back to you so that you may pay for them. If there is anything you have done that lies against the character of God, anything at all - even the slightest thing, then you will surely perish because God will not allow rotting fish to live in His new tank.

In Exodus 21:20-21 we see no one here creating death and destruction. The situation described here is only hypothetical - a regulation of the treatment of slaves. So I don't know why you would even mention the verses.

In Leviticus 26:7-8 we see no death and destruction, but only a promise that if Israel is faithful to God, her enemies will not conquer her but indeed will be vanquished. Not sure why you included the verse. This is a truth that exists even today. Those who are faithful to God will withstand anything - even death and destruction. And one can only be faithful by entering the Ark.
