I was in PAL earlier this year and did well in its first leg up before getting stopped out. My bet this time is she takes out those highs around $7.80 and continues on. I don't have the measurements for this move if it breaks out of its cup and handle pattern but I believe it is somewhere around $14.

Palladium seems to be one of the only metals that have yet to move this go round. I think it may be its time. I've also been buying a few 1oz. palladium coins.
