VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--International Curator Resources Ltd. (the "Company") announces that the Company's shares will trade on a consolidated one for five basis effective at the market opening on December 30, 2003. The new trading symbol of the Company will be CGH. The CUSIP number will be 13585W 10 5. In addition, the name of the Company will be changed to Canadian Gold Hunter Corp.

The share consolidation was approved by shareholders at the Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 25, 2003 and the Company has now received regulatory approval. Current shares outstanding are approximately 148.9 million. Post-consolidation, the number of shares outstanding will be approximately 29.8 million. Fractions of a share will not be rounded off to the next nearest full share.
Letters of transmittal will be mailed to shareholders requesting them to forward their present pre-consolidated certificates to the registrar and transfer agent of the Company, CIBC Mellon Trust Company.
