I'm not knocking generally what Cisco does with regard to standards - overall I think Cisco does a B-school text book case like execution on acquiring and sewing together various fields of technology and companies . . even if Cisco is allowed an occasional flub (nice to know the company is merely 'human' like the rest of us).
