that guy's full of chit. the Euro ain't going to 180. long before that the ECB will pull out all the stops to debase the EUR

The trigger for ECB intervention is 165. With the nature of market manias, they could try to put on the brakes and the dollar could easily be panicked down to 180. I don't discount the possibility.

Particularly since Bush has developed so many enemies across the planet who would love to see this little prick get his comeuppance.
