Pseudo Biologist. Costs of administration will not be a big difference, paperwork is the same, it will be only a little faster to administer. I think the advantage is on the ease for the receiver. I think there will be an increase in utilization rate vs intramuscular shots. Haolin rigthly points to the problem of attenuated live virus vaccines, but He exagerates the difficulties. Oral Polio vaccines are very sensitive to heat damage, but it is one of the most succesful vaccines in the history and it has been and is used in the most remote areas of the world including war periods (recent El Salvador experience all parties stop fighting for vaccine campaign). Regarding the stock price, it is clear that the run up was very steep and probably non sustainable, but the vaccine does have a good future.
