Well that is a bit better, (160 farmers killed per year) but few farmers get killed in Canada. Perhaps they expire by being inhaled into the combine, packed by the baler, or run over by the bull, but being shot for their land or for revenge by disgruntled farm workers is rather rare. In Cold Blood (Capote) is the only case I know of a farmer being murdered for their money in North America. That would not happen now, as everybody knows they haven't got any money.
