Personally I don't think the OSX names, especially the drillers will be that vulnerable, and historically they can be very explosive. So for people willing to take some risk, there is more upside here now IMO.

Sentiment seems to be getting the most overheated in the E&P's. This is a tough juncture because momentum is so strong, and in this kind of nutty market, it could stay that way for a period. Mutual funds have picked up some very high inflows into energy funds over the last several weeks. From AMG Dec. 23rd: "Energy funds report the highest three-week inflow total since 5/16/01."

I also no longer think energy stocks will run counter to the overall market, as they've rotated into the seasonal feeding frenzy, which I feel will be over by late January if not sooner.

The question is: will there be a topping action warning, or should they just be sold right in here, at the high end of very wide Bollinger bands, or where the money flow fails to surge higher on the price move?
