When did we have economic sanctions imposed on Libya? When did we have economic sanctions imposed on Iraq?

Victory for economic sanctions. YOu are saying that this is avictory for Bush? Economic sanctions work. Not military adventures. It worked in the case of Soviet Union too. The military might of the Soviet Union came crashing down under the waieght of its own economic disaster.
