We still,in spite of the SEC's emphasis on governance we still have a board of directors all of whom have long standing personal ties to Damadian and the common shareholder still have no meaningful vote because Damadian holds 99+% of a special class of stock which gives him absolute control of the company. The use he makes of this is to continually issue more stock to raise additional capital and in doing so insures that the shareholders equity is constantly diluted.
