Larry, Hi!! RE: Keep in mind, my comments regarding Dell's customer and tech support services may be isolated to those portions of the organization. However, the confusion and inefficiencies that I see in these organizations may not have spread to the other parts of Dell, at least, not yet. No one would be happy with a support voice where it is at best difficult to understand every other word...Agreed? And, I'm quite sure that the problems are not being taken with a grain of salt...What may be of interest here was a chapter in Michael Dell's book where he discussed the hyper-growth and how keeping pace with this land grab was perhaps his greatest challenge...As we all know, DELL has won a remarkable amount of market share during the past three or four years...Let's not forget that DELL is still #1 rated for tech support and to keep that image DELL will have to correct these problems...And, I'm quite sure this is a priority...
