When Lizzie busts a gut, you know you have struck pretty close to an accurate statement. The only problem is that the pacifists on the Nobel committee think the Jimmy Carter approach (saying "pretty please" and then looking the other way while agreements are violated) is preferable to the Reagan/Bush peace through strength approach. History has never met a thug who responded to requests to cease and desist unless those requests were accompanied by strength and a demonstrated willingness to use strength. Bush, whatever his SAT scores, understands that. Carter seemingly did not. Maybe because that concept is not tested on the SAT.
