I would go for either BUT I prefer a VAT tax mainly to capture ILLEGAL source funds for taxation that presently escape the income tax system all together and would under a flat tax also. Here in Fla. we have NO income tax and survive purely on Sales Tax which is best for us as we triple our population every year with tourists. jdn
