Companies do tend to save up some goodies for presentation at the conference. But the last few years didn't produce very much in the way of favorable price moves, although that was in the context of depressed biotech markets. (Hard to remember, but the beginning of this year was still pretty gloomy, with the fireworks only really starting in March.)
