No problem! We've had many "territorial" disputes with Canada and the British colonies that preceded it. So if Saddam had been around and had said "I have no interests in inter-American disputes", would that have justified us invading and annexing Canada, rather than negotiating a settlement as was actually done?

Come on, Chrissy! You can do better than that.
