Economic recovery is fragile. Personally I think the market will cool off after a nice ride up in 2003.

- New home market sales are coming in below forecasts.

- Weakness in dollar could be a mixed blessing (as opposed to others who are gloom and doom on dollar fall - but depends on how things play out.)

- Consumer confidence is coming in low (I would have expected it to jump considering nice run up in various segments of the market in 2003). Let us hope this is a temporary blip.

- In short while not overly negative about economy, I do not share enthusiasm of many who think good times of year 2003 will continue in 2004.
