it was big news in NH..... No doubt, but not everyone lives in New Hampshire. Now that we're in sync, I do know that the GOP objected. Though this is the first I've heard that it was "unconstitutional". Was it constitutionally challenged in federal court and was the regulation rescinded by the court as unconstitutional? jttmab
