<<I used to have 50 or so employees in the US. Now, I have more than that offshore. But the offshore workers are not employees, they are contractors working for one of the indian contracting firms. Because these are not employees, their "expenses" show up on the books here as misc expenses. Their "labor" is counted under one person, their manager who happens to be me, here in the US. It is not that I am as productive as 50 people, it is that contractual relationships with offshore workers output is attributed to me, pure and simple.>> Lizzie.
