I was in a conversation with some people at Microsoft and Intel. What can be predicted is that ADSL is a technology which would be faster moving compared to ATM or Cable Modems for the Desktop. Agreed ISDN has already made its mark, but ADSL is a fairly mature technology and the coming 6-12 months we are going to see a big boost in ADSL. Hence I agree with you that Amati would be a company to watch. Aashu
