Wolfgang,

Go to Omega's web site at omegaresearch.com and download TradeStation 4.0 Build 20 (latest update). With a chart present in a window, right click to bring up a menu and select "Format Price Data..." Then select the "Settings" tab. Now you'll see a window titled "Days back." Enter number of days desired. I usually set Compression first but doesn't really matter what sequence you use. Try setting Compression to Daily for now. Lastly, click on the box at very bottom of this menu titled "Use compression settings as price data default." From this point forward, each time you creat a new chart window it will default to these settings.

Another way to change amount of data displayed is to simply type in the desired number, i.e., 500, 300 or any desired number. However. what is displayed will be determined by number of periods selected, bar spacing and monitor resolution and screen size. BTW, what resolution are you using? I'm using 1024x768.

Let me know if this helps.

Good luck,
Bill
