Error Message Last night I tried to get on the internet with a computer at home. It connected as usual but brought up a basic internet page without anything in it and nothing in the address bar. The mail button and some others aren't showing either. My favorites and history show but when you click on them nothing happens. Finally clicked on mail button at bottom and mail opened and downloaded mail but the pane where it show what is in the body is blank and you can't click on them to read. Nortons opens but is also blank and won't scan but the top buttons update, rescure disk & options work. The help buttons on everything give me a can not open message, this one from Nortons "Cannot open the fiel: mk:@MSIT Store:C:\window\help\nav.htm, I also got an erro about urlmon.dll missing. Virus definitions were up to date and ran scan from up to date rescue disk on c drive. Any ideas? The girls have loaded some games that they got for Christmas on the computer and I don't know if this could have caused a conflict. Thanks, Bubba
