Well, looks like I might have been right on this one--a refreshing change. vbg.

Heard on the radio this a.m. that Ellison is setting up a credit line to fund his takeover gambit should the antitrust folks let him proceed. According to the report, this means that he is using essentialy all-Oracle cash to fund the takeover bid.

Ellison is not going to be deterred. He's going all the way, if he can. How he deals with the poison pill is beyond me since it looks like a very effective one.

Interesting deal.
