In trying to make some sense out of the fax I just received, I have summarized it here.

TRANSLATION
1) Current contract ongoing w/Informatech
2) Finalizing contract details w/a southern U.S. electric co.
3) TRANSFORM product almost ready for sale to software vendors.
4) Tool set sold to Informatech.
5) Proof-of-concept nearly completed w/Magnatron, Inc.

Y2K
1) New Y2K Manager hired - now building Y2K factory.
2) Teaming agreements.
3) Now assessing best of breed tools.

GROUPWARE
1) New contract w/ Polaroid Canada, Inc.
2) New contract w/Productivity Point International.
3) Near closure on two contracts with an automotive parts
manufacturer and a mutual funds company.

MY COMMENT

From the above, the significant improvement seems to be from the groupware operation. The contracts indicate a quick start in the groupware business. As long as they can handle the work load, they should be able to grow this sector of their business since it appears to be exploding in the marketplace.

All in all, a bit better than I expected. I'd still like to see some more Y2K and Translation work.
