That's an excellent post and pretty much what I thought when I was handed those excuses by the people at ZAP, some of whom are well intentioned.

I see why people regard your product so well.

Do you have people who use your product with ZA or ZAP? If ZAP works with QT, I don't understand why it wouldn't work with the Datek source. Perhaps you don't have people with the combination of QT, Datek/Ameritrade and ZAP, but as you suggested, it shouldn't make a difference.
