Hello Southerners

I have been following SCNG without holding much for a few months now. I have also had a few conference calls with Mr. Matt Pavich of Wedbush Morgan and Connie Lerner of Broad Capital - the SCNG $$$ money folks - who I believe may have a couple million shares now. Mr. P has been following them for some time - shares my feelings about the quality of the press emanating from the company. Long and short of it is - there is nothing of substance yet to report. I do believe that Mr. Osterwise indicated to me a few months back that profitability may wait a few more quarters than anticipated.

Its probably important to remember that until profit time does come - this stock is trading without much rationale to it. Ms. Lerner can say only to "wait - give them time - they are a great team - good things are happening" - perhaps thats all there is to say - Mr. Pavich was very straightforward with her - saying we have heard this for quite some time.

Another thing - there are definitely competing products - and just as importantly - competing marketers. This company has many irons in the fire - but they need several of them to heat up in order to achieve any significant return. I didn't hear the conference call yesterday but I noticed Mr. O's use of the word significant challenges in the SCNG press release for the quarterly.

In my opinion - the real improvement in this company is the broadened business horizon. There are some big fish they hope to fry - and it will take very professional quality folks to bring it off - thus the media focus on personnel.

This is still a company at significant risk. Invest accordingly.
