Hi blake paterson; Re Micron copping a plea... All this does no good for Rambus. The accusation is that Micron was arranging for DRAM prices to be higher. But it has never been the case that RDRAM was cheaper than DDR.

If the consumers were hurt by high prices due to Micron, they were hurt even more by the much higher prices of RDRAM.
