DOC/ADSX arbitrage?

when one company holds huge chunk of another and their share prices do not trade in tandem, one would assume that large money interests could short the "overvalued" one and buy the other. I would presume that ADSX with it's tiny share price and large float makes this cumbersome.

with such volatility it may be a moot point, but some adjustment is in order...a decline in DOC or corresponding pickup in ADSX

anyone have comments about this?
