Happy New Year to all.

Let's hope that 2004 turns out to be a healthy, happy and prosperous new year. We certainly have the potential to show some good progress. I find it very difficult to see the new battery plant in Ohio sitting idle much longer, in light of the fact that it was Chevron-Texaco that put up the money to build the expanded new facility. Between this plant and the increase in solar production it really is within ECD's grasp to begin making a profit by the end of the year, but not necessarily for the entire year. I'm talking about the fourth quarter of this calendar year and not ECD's fiscal year which ends in June. In particular with the continued cost-cutting taking place. Intel could be the wild card. Wouldn't that be a long shot break?

Regards.
