My '79 Scout is still in the shop for an engine rebuild. The fellow I have working on it is pretty much the International Harvester guru for all of north Texas and is even the area club mechanic with people bringing him their trucks from as far away as New Mexico. I really want to put a convertible kit on it too. The air conditioner don't work, but if you can put the top down it don't matter. The AC is still a R12 system anyway. Maybe I'll convert it one of these days. Happy and Safe New Year to all. There was a private plane that crashed into a house here in Dallas this morning. The pilot didn't make it. I'm not sure if anyone else was hurt or killed. I guess I've just had too many old vehicles. There's no way I would get in a plane with one damn engine. Josh * * *
