biometricgngboy,re:"there is no place for people to go." I guess technology will someday fix that. If you can't make enough to have a place to live, why go there in the first place. Not a problem, just a matter of time to get things balance out. Just that RE takes much longer time for that to happen than other asset, especially stock.
