Mort Sahl was interviewed on NPR & said he talked to Mr Bush when he was governor and Mr Bush asked him if he should allow prayer in school & Sahl replied "well it depends on how far behind the football team is," but Mr Bush didn't get it. They talked again he was appointed President and Sahl asked him what newspapers he read and Dubya said "I don't read any, ya see I have all these smart people that read them and tell me what I need to know."

It's so hard to believe someone so dim could be in the Oval Office just doing what his puppetmasters tell him to do.
