jmedved,

I too experienced problems with QT and ZA. My problems started after receiving the ZA program update. I was using the free version prior to to update. After updating they had a free period to try ZA Pro. After the free period ended I elected to decline their offer. The problems with the quote service with Datek then occurred. I found that if I turned off ZA the problem remained. I have to disable Norton Internet security in order to for QT to receive quotes. QT, Norton, and ZA worked fine together prior to the ZA update.

Another issue with ZA after the update. Don't know if this has any association with the problem. A file(program?) calling for rnaapp suddenly appeared as a program. Became aware of this when my system locked up. Using Ctrl-Alt-Delete showed rnaapp on the list. Wasn't there prior to the ZA update.

I've tried to uninstall the updated ZA and replace it with the earlier version but no luck. Still have to turn off ZA and Norton to receive streaming quotes & LvII too.

Don't know if this will be of any use for you or not. Submitting it because of the possible rnaapp implications, if any, and the timing points for the problem occurrence.

steve
