Bullion Prices Slump


MUMBAI: The prevailing rising trend in the precious metals was checked on the bullion market here on Thursday as both gold and silver declined due to lack of support in view of closure of major world markets for new year holiday. On Wednesday, gold and silver had firmed up to their yet another all-time high of Rs 6,250 and Rs 9,575 respectively on increased demand.
